2025 NASHVILLE Registration Form

Online registration for the 2025 davis-hodges family reunion is now available! Follow the two-step process outlined below to complete your online registration.

step one: fill out the registration form below and click the "submit" button.
step two: Pay your registration fees via ZELLE, paypal or by sending a check or money order to the address listed BELOW.
Registration fees are free for ages 0-3(T-shirt NOT included), $90 for ages 4-12, $180 13 and older.
Send full payment...by May 1, 2025. For PayPal, submit payment to the Davis-Hodges 2025 Family Reunion account at davishodgesreunion@gmail.com. Make sure to select the option for "For friends and family" or "Sending to a friend" so that your full payment is received. DO NOT select the Goods and Services option, a fee will be assessed by PayPal, reducing the amount applied toward your registration fee.
For Zelle, after inputting davishodgesreunion@gmail.com, you may be prompted to enter first and last name for Julian Davis as the recipient. Choose "Personal" which will show as Julian Davis dba Davis-Hodges Family Reunion. When sending money electronically via PayPal or Zelle, please include a memo or note stating the names of every person whose registration you are paying.
